- Prawns(Cleaned and deveined) 500 gms
- Dry Red Chilli 2-3
- Pepper corn 1tspn
- Coriander Seeds 1 tbspn
- Cumin Seeds 1 tspn
- Fennel Seeds 1/2 tspn
- Curry Leaves(Finely Chopped) 2-3 sprigs
- Salt as per taste
- Rice flour just enough to coat the prawns
- Coconut Oil/ Olive oil to shallow fry the prawns

Roast, cool and coarsely ground the spices. Marinate the prawns with the ground spices and some salt for 10 mins. Sprinkle sufficient rice flour on the prawns just before frying.
Heat oil in a pan, once its hot, add the chopped curry leaves. Add in the prawns and fry for 2 mins on each side. Take care not to over cook as it can turn rubbery.
Serve it hot as a starter.
