Well,this was one of my quickest tastiest chicken dish i managed to cook,when i was thinking of what can i cook up really fast to eat my rotis!!
Ingredients:|Preparation Time:20 mins,including 15 mins of marination|
Chicken 600gms (cut into medium pieces)
Red Chilli Powder 1 tbspn
Pepper Powder 1 tbspn
Coriander Powder 1 tbspn
Turmeric 1 tspn
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbspn
Onion 2 medium(sliced)
Pure Olive Oil generous amount of 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste

Clean the chicken pieces and keep it aside. Take the curds in a mixing bowl,add in all the spice,red chilli powder,pepper powder,coriander powder,salt and ginger garlic paste and mix it well. Marinate the chicken with this mixture and set it aside for 15 mins.
Heat pure olive oil in a pan,when hot,add in the marinated chicken,mix in well ,cover and let it cook for about 20 mins,checking frequently,over medium flame. Meanwhile fry the sliced onion in another pan until translucent and just when the chicken is almost done add the onions in and mix it well. Chicken masala is ready,no hassle of grinding at all!!!! Serve it hot with rotis:)
