The one sweet that i make ,is by far the easiest ,tastiest and also a healthier sweet:) .Requires just 5 ingredients and 20 mins to make it.
- Wheat Flour 1 cup(roasted until it turns a bit dark in color)
- Sugar 3/4 cup(powdered)
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder 1/4 tspn
- Raisins for garnish
Method:|Cooking Time: 10 to 15 mins|
Heat a deep pan and dry roast the wheat flour ,until it turns a bit dark in color.Then pour in the melted ghee and mix it well without forming lumps,once it s all mixed well add in the powdered sugar and cardamom and put off the stove and mix it all well. Let it rest for a bit ,then start making your desired size laddoo, when the mixture is a bit warm. If it cools down it will be difficult to bind,but not to worry ,then you ll have to reheat it for a while and start again:),once you make the laddoos place it on a greased plate and garnish it with a raisin on top if you wish,it will take some time to harden,so by the time you finish making all of them it might have set,then you can enjoy this easy,healthy sweet:)
