1. Brinjal Fry
These are some of the simple but tasty dishes,that I make!It s unbelievably simple:) All require just 4 to 5 ingredients!
Ingredients:|Preparation Time:15 mins, including 10 mins of marination|
- Brinjal 1 big(Purple Variety)
- Red Chilli powder as per taste
- Turmeric 1/2 tspn
- Oil to shallow fry
- Salt as per taste
Method:|Cooking Time: Less than 10 mins|
Heat up a griddle pan,pour sufficient oil to shallow fry the brinjal slices. Place the brinjal slices over the pan and cook it for a couple of minutes on each side ,turning sides whenever required,cook it on high flame and be careful to turn it around before it burns:)…Thats it as simple as that:)….once done ,serve it hot!
2. Sesame Fish Fry
Ingredients:|Preparation Time:15 mins,including 10 mins of marination|
- Fish Fillet 1 portion(Any fish of your choice ,i used butter fish)
- Pepper powder as per taste
- Sesame oil 2 tbspn
- Sesame seeds 1 tbspn
- Salt as pre taste
Method:|Cooking Time:5 to 6 mins|
The fillet should be cut into desired size of strips and marinated with salt n pepper n sesame oil for 10 mins. Just before you fry the fish sprinkle some sesame seeds on top the fillet. Heat the griddle pan ,once hot place the fish fillet on the pan and cook it on high for a couple of minutes on each side , it would take only 5 mins for the fish to be done ,dont over cook! Serve hot as a starter.
